Blacktower Financial Advisers offer our services on a fee basis:
- An initial meeting. This will usually be without charge or obligation. Ongoing costs are discussed at that time.
- Financial Planning clients will receive a detailed report. The report, and a follow up meeting, are charged at a fixed fee which will be agreed with you prior to any work being undertaken.
- Implementation usually requires transactions with financial institutions, where fees are payable either by you directly, or if you prefer, by the chosen financial institutions. The level of transaction fees depends upon the size and number of transactions.
- Wealth Management clients benefit from our review service. Fees for the review service are either expressed as a percentage of the investments under management or as a fixed amount.
- Employee Benefits services are subject to a range of fees, to cover an initial assessment, design and implementation, communication and servicing. Fee levels are dependant upon the range of scheme benefits offered and the overall staff numbers.
- Residential & Commercial Property Finance transactions are subject to a fee which is usually expressed as a percentage of the loan amount, and payable on acceptance of the mortgage offer, or at completion. In many instances, this fee can be paid by the lender without cost to the client. An application fee may be payable and certain project work will be subject to separate fees, agreed in advance.
