Commercial Property Finance

Each of our commercial property advisers has, prior to Blacktower, worked in senior positions within lending institutions and can therefore quickly assess how best to take matters forward on behalf of a client. 

Once they accept the task, they will use their best endeavours to negotiate, on behalf of clients, the very best terms. Being highly respected by the lenders, we are often able to secure terms that are exclusive to us.

The team are highly experienced in dealing with all forms of ownership — personal, corporate, SPV’s, pension schemes and trusts.

We also have a number of professional contacts who can source lease finance, unsecured finance, factoring/invoice  discounting and other asset finance, as well as specialist banking services.

For arrangements of less than £1 million a non-refundable research and application fee of £495 + VAT is charged.  There is no research fee for arrangements of more than £1 million.  In addition, Success Fees equivalent to 0.25% of the total advance on signed acceptance of any offer and, upon completion, 0.5% of the loan amount or 50% of the initial lender’s fee, whichever is the greater.
