Financial planning is appropriate for individuals and businesses. It is a process whereby specific or general financial objectives are identified, and a clear strategy is created that will allow these objectives to be met. Invariably advice needs to be holistic and will take into account one’s full circumstances, giving special consideration to exposure to any unnecessary risk and tax.
The financial planning service we provide our clients centres on the production of a financial planning report. This will review and analyse a client’s current situation, outline the client’s objectives, make general observations as to the present position and put forward recommendations as to how a financial repositioning can benefit the client and help them meet their objectives. Each report is bespoke and carefully considers issues such as; protection against death & illness (for the family or for the business/it’s owners), understanding when and how the client will be retiring, consideration of what assets they may have and how they are managed, how to pass wealth tax-efficiently to beneficiaries, and making the best use of tax reliefs, allowances, and exemptions.
Because we are totally independent we are able to choose the most suitable solutions for our clients, from a choice of many different providers, thus enabling us to give each client a tailored strategy to meet his/her requirements. Whenever possible we would also wish to liaise with a client’s other professional advisers to ensure that all tax, legal and investment implications are considered.
For our advisory clients we make available a tailored review service which operates on both a reactive and proactive basis. The service is bespoke and tailored for each individual client.
